Management Team

Keith Hughes

Keith is a qualified banker and HR professional... Keith started life as corporate banker before heading up Lloyds TSB’s Retail HR and Training Operation. In 1996 he left the Banking World and made the step change into the world of HR Consulting with the passionate belief that he would bring a degree of pragmatism to a profession that was known for theory, models and at times a lack of business realism. He therefore joined a leading HR Consultancy, CSA Management Consultants, to head up their Strategic Consulting Practice. Over the last 10 years he has held Board level positions with Empower (Manpower’s HR Strategic Consulting arm), Businesshr, Capital Consulting and now Bhr. During this time he has worked with many blue chip Companies primarily in the areas of HR Strategy and transformation, Change and Leadership Development

Keith is known for his pragmatic and business focussed approach which he brings to now well established Consultancy expertise. He is married with 2 children and is a keen water skier and Francophile.


Jon Whiteley

Jon has extensive International consulting experience which has been gained across a variety of sectors and in a variety of HR/OD related disciplines. Jon has a very commercial approach to his interventions with clients which was developed through his 20 years in the Financial services sector and has applied this to clients both domestically and Internationally

Jon has also held long standing relationships with clients when advising them on cultural issues and Multi National leadership teams and guided them through developing high performing management teams.

Jon is regarded as a very polished facilitator as well as a vastly experienced Senior level trainer and developer who is always keen to challenge, question and debate the difficult discussions resulting in significant outputs.

Jon occupies himself outside of work with a young family together with an active interest in many sports.
